FFA Service
FFA amplifiers are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. They are built to provide many years of continuous and reliable operation, with only minimal maintenance required by the user. However, as with any electrical or mechanical device, inadvertent operator error or operation under unusually extreme conditions can result in component failures. Should your FFA power amplifier malfunction or exhibit a fault, FFA service are committed to providing the assistance required to have your FFA amplifier product back to work as fast as possible, and with minimal cost and effort for you.
In this event, please always first check the following points to avoid unnecessary action:
- The product is connected to the proper mains voltage.
- The other connected devices in the signal chain are working properly (mixing console, EQ, controller/crossover, CD player, loudspeakers).
- All external cabling is intact, connected, and in phase.
Should your FFA power amplifier still not work properly it should returned to the dealer where purchased from in its original shipping carton pre-paid. The unit will be returned when repaired. Please include a description of fault, amplifier serial number and importantly your address and contact details.
Warranty Statement & Policy
All our products are manufactured by FFA and are warranted to be free from defects in components and factory workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase from an authorized FFA dealer. If a fault occurs with a FFA product during the warranty period we will undertake to repair, or at our option, replace this product at no charge to its owner, provided the unit is returned undamaged and shipping prepaid, to an authorized service facility or to the factory.
This warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to:
- Repair work or alteration by a person other than those authorized by FFA.
- Exposure to rain. Moisture or liquids.
- Glycol smoke or haze fluids – if the amplifier is exposed to this substance a build up within the amplifier can cause irreparable damage to components and circuit boards.
- Mechanical damage including shipping accidents.
- War, civil insurrection, misuse, abuse, operation with incorrect AC voltage, incorrect connections, wrong accessories, incorrect use of accessories, operation with faulty associated equipment, exposure to inclement weather conditions and normal wear and tear. Units, on which the serial number has been removed or defaced, will not be eligible for warranty service.
FFA shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
FFA’s responsibility is limited to the product itself. FFA take no responsibility for any loss due to cancellation of any events, or rent of replacement equipment or costs due to third parties or customer’s loss of profit, or any other indirect costs or losses however incurred.
FFA operates a policy of continued research and development and accordingly reserves the right to change or improve features and specifications without notice.
This warranty is exclusive, and no other warranty is expressed or implied. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
